Earn & Learn Tuition Assistance at UPS
Through Earn & Learn, our tuition assistance program, you can receive thousands of dollars to help with college expenses. Available at most UPS locations across the nation, the program will give you a big boost as you earn your degree—and sets you up for career success.
Since 1999, more than 140,000 UPSers have utilized the Earn & Learn program that is available at more than 100 locations nationwide! Eligibility starts the day you’re hired.
There are many benefits and career advantages to being a UPSer. One of those highly sought out perks for students is our, Educational Tuition Assistance Program. Through this program you can earn up to $25,000 over a lifetime and $5,250 per year. For open positions, refer to the featured jobs at UPS.
Let’s Get Started
- Apply for admission to Virginia Commonwealth University. Complete the online application for undergraduate admission.
- Once accepted, register for classes at VCU through eServices. Speak with your academic advisor by making an appointment through Navigate.
- Once you are hired with UPS please contact, the UPS Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) immediately, so they can help guide you to their Tuition Assistance Program for reimbursement. Applying for Education Assistance is simple and must be completed within 30 days after the course begins.
